The Place Jean Jaurès (Jaurès square), right in the center of Montpellier, hosts under plane trees numerous bars and restaurants terraces.
Located at the former place of the ancient Church Notre-Dame-des-Tables, it has an access to the Crypt of the same name, in the Musée de l'Histoire de Montpellier.
This square is popular with young people who love to go out here by night as well with couples who find it romantic.
