This gite is located on the banks of the Garonne river near Bordeaux, close to the Ile d'Arcins, in a detached house, with a park by the river and the bicycle path. Designed with quality equipment, it has an American kitchen open to the living room, a bedroom with a bed 160 and plenty of storage space. On the night side, it is also equipped with a shower room and independent WC. It includes a private terrace with garden furniture. It has an independent access with a bay window on the country side and enjoys an exceptional quietness. This apartment of about 40m² can comfortably accommodate two people with children. As an option, an extra bedroom can be available; a balneo area with jacuzzi and two saunas: stove and infrared, allows you to enjoy a relaxing moment.
