The Theatre of Nature was designed in 1967 by Pierre d'Arcangues, 7th Marquis of Iranda. He himself went to the Basque Country to find ancient materials. Its vast courtyard with a traditional frame houses a vast hall, bleachers and a theatre stage surmounted by the arms of the Basque Country. Opposite the stage is a large fresco by the Basque painter Ramiro Arrue, which inversely represents the panorama of the Basque Country seen from Arcangues. This room is used for many weddings and events in the village throughout the year.
