A village once topped by a fortified castle, discover the origin of the Templar order and our half-timbered houses; the most remarkable is the "Maison Renaissance", and take the Jeanne de Navarre staircase which will lead you to the Clock Tower, a vestige of the medieval castle.
Along the Seine, the Promenade du Croc Ferrand allows you to admire the Cadoles (small pavilions) surrounded by gardens where the notables of Bar sur Seine used to meet.
The castle of Val Seine located nearby offers you its park and its castle inherited from a bourgeois family of the XIXth.
