One of the most beautiful churches of Labourd, located in the heart of the village.
The church of Saint Martin was raised in the XVIIth century under the cure of Axular.
Majestic with its five-story tower, and at its feet the old cemetery
Inside, three floors of carved oak galleries with turned wooden balusters.
The sundial bears the inscription: Oren guziek dute gizona kolpatzen azkenekoak du hobirat egortzen (all hours hurt man, the last one sends him to the grave).
In September 2003, the bell tower burned down in a fire, the new bell (the most sculpted in France) was inaugurated in September 2005.
