La Chapelle Saint Jean-Baptiste de l'Hôpital

Situated in the village of l'Hôpital, on the "historical variant" of the Way of St. James between Soulac-sur-Mer and Vendays-Montalivet, the Hospital Chapel, whose foundations date from the 12th century, has been undergoing a certain revival in recent years, mainly due to the association of Friends of the Chapel of St. John the Baptist of the Hospital. This association offers to regularly open the chapel to visits, participate in its preservation and restoration, and organise cultural events (conferences, concerts, exhibitions).
