Grayan-et-l'Hôpital is a French municipality with 1,486 inhabitants in the Gironde department of the Aquitaine region. Grayan-et-l'Hôpital is located in the north of the Médoc peninsula, in the area of the Landes de Gascogne, between the Atlantic Ocean and the estuary of the Gironde formed by the Garonne and Dordogne rivers. The municipality consists of the main town Grayan-et-l'Hôpital and a number of small settlements. The distance to the southeast located Bordeaux is just under 90 kilometers. The supervised beaches on the Atlantic, at the Côte d'Argent, are about five kilometers from the town center. The municipal area is part of the Médoc Regional Natural Park.
