The beach of Gurp in Grayan-et-l'Hôpital is a long sandy beach with a very developed dune area. Supervised during the summer, it has a historical character with its numerous blockhouses dating from the Second World War, a real trip back in time. Surfing spot, this beach also welcomes all types of public with the possibility to swim in complete safety between the blue flags!
Access to the Gurp beach by car and by bike is easy. Directly connected to the Vélodyssée, a track goes along the road of the Ocean from the village of Grayan. On the spot, the parking lot is located very close to the beach access.
Animals are not allowed on the beach during the summer period, please refer to the rules posted at the entrance of the beach.
