In 2013, Béatrice created her company "MOOVIA - ENERGY" and has been teaching qi gong since 1996. This Chinese art includes dynamic and relaxing exercises that strengthen the body, calm the mind, and promote flexibility.
MOOVIA - ENERGY is affiliated with the federations: Sports For All, Chinese Martial Arts Energy Arts, and Qi Gong Teachers & Energy Arts. It is also registered with the Direc.
Qi gong classes take place year-round:
- outdoors (La Rémigeasse beach): on Wednesdays from 9:30 am to 11 am
- indoors at the Rulon hall in St-Pierre: on Mondays from 10 am to 11:30 am
Session fee: €20 per person and €160 for 10 sessions. Tickets are available at tourist offices.
From April to the end of September, Mrs. Leroy also offers themed sessions at La Rémigeasse beach:
- 1-hour discovery: €30 per person (with a minimum of 2 people)
- 1-hour meditation: €40 per person
- Personalized class of 1h15/1h30: €50 per person
- Mini workshop of 2 or 3 hours: €80 per person
Tickets are available at tourist offices and reservations for the time slot should be made directly with Mrs. Leroy.
