Adjacent to the old fortifications, this building was attached to the café Les Halles. During the First World War, the café was destroyed and the building burnt down. Only the walls remained. Rebuilt in the 1920s, the ground floor became a covered market and the first floor a theatre. The VIP lounge and the staircase (a work of ironwork from the Ecole de Nancy), replaced the old café
Today, the theater room also cinema room is a cultural place where theatrical performances, shows and concerts follow one another. Ask for the programme!
The Halle also houses the Emile Gallé space, an exhibition space with a rich programme
