The Domaine départemental de Blasimon covers 70 hectares and offers numerous land and water-based activities for groups as well as accommodation and fast food. During the summer, supervised swimming and fishing are possible on two separate parts of the 7-hectare lake. These regulated activities are carried out in accordance with the necessary preservation of the fauna and flora that characterize this emblematic site. Indeed, 40 hectares of the domain are classified as a sensitive natural area and constitute a remarkable wooded heritage. This site, marked by limestone hillsides with a karstic network and two streams, the Gamage and its tributary the Treynem, offers a unique landscape shaped by water for thousands of years as well as a variety of environments: aquatic, wooded and open with calcareous meadows.
