The military cemetery houses the burial of Marshal Foch's son and the burial of the son of René Viviani, President of the Council (1914-1918). In this cemetery also rest 48 Frenchmen (graves) and 1215 in ossuary.
The war memorial with the inscription "To the children of Gorcy-Cussigny who died for France, 1914 - 1918, 1939 - 1945" houses nearly 70 victims. For most of the people mentioned on this monument, it is impossible to determine, on the one hand, whether they were military or civilian victims and, on the other hand, in which conflict they lost their lives.
