At an altitude of 1450 m, Issarbe is a real invitation to hike and mountain bike, facing a rare 360° panorama!
From May to October, 2 signposted trails (hiking and mountain biking) depart from the site, taking you into a 100% natural environment, through the forest and over the ridges, with incredible views of the Pic d'Anie, the Barétous valley and the Kakouetta gorges in the background.
In the heart of this wilderness, pastoralism is still very much alive, and you're sure to come across cows, sheep and shepherds.
The Issarbe site is listed by the Fédération Française de Vol Libre for paragliding.
For a break, the bar-restaurant "Le Grand Tétras" welcomes you on the terrace or indoors (temporarily closed for renovation).
Payment accepted: cash and cheques only.
