At 32 boulevard Victor-Hugo there is a house from the 17th century, known as "Château Gaillard", where Louis XIV stayed when he visited Bar-sur-Aube.
On the site of the old ramparts demolished in the 18th century, the Chevillottes promenade, built in 1771, offers a view of the two bodies of water where swans and ducks once frolicked... It is a journey through history, despite the fact that some buildings are in ruins after recent unfortunate fires.
The current wine castle, which has a symbolic champagne cork at its entrance , has 6 hectares of vineyards. The range includes a vintage Champagne.
