Buron d'Alteteste

The buron was intended, like all the burons, for the accommodation of the personnel who were in charge of the cowshed, the milking and the manufacture of the "fourme" of Aubrac.
Behind the thick basalt walls, well protected from the burle and the winds, you will appreciate the soft and restful atmosphere of the buron. You will plunge into the history of this heritage, you will imagine the life of the buronniers, who spent 5 months of the year there.
Far from the consumer society, from the noise, in an authentic setting, in the respect of the environment, you will appreciate this break with the sometimes too hectic life.
