In this Alsatian bourgeois house dating from the 16th century, "La cour des Capucins", Anne-Catherine and Guy Salomon welcome you in a comfortable apartment, with a neat and sober decoration, combining tradition and modernity. It is named "Tulip of the vines" in homage to this flower which is the symbol of the region
had disappeared and which, thanks to the "organic" winegrowers of the city, blossomed again in spring.

Housing is part of a sustainable ecological development. The half-timbered house has been renovated respecting old and modern uses that are respectful of the environment. The walls of the apartment are treated with lime from the quarry of Dahlenheim village, 7 km from Molsheim. The old wood of the bedroom and bathroom comes from a fruit tree (county manufacture) from the Jura. The cleaning products are certified, you also have the possibility to sort and compost your waste.
