This single-storey rental is housed in a former clédier: a chestnut drying shed typical of the region, now converted into a picturesque gîte in the hamlet of l'Age in Marval-Milhaguet. It provides accommodation for 2-3 people and features a lounge/kitchen/dining room with French windows opening onto the garden and a raised terrace overlooking the Limousin countryside. A mezzanine with sleeping accommodation for 1 person overlooks the double bedroom. There's a DVD player and screen and WIFI. The garden is private. The gîte has its own parking space. Le Clédier rental includes access to a shared swimming pool, away from the other gites (La Maison du Puits and La Fraisière). There's also a children's play area with slide, swing and portico.
