The restaurant has a loyal clientele. So it's important to book ahead. Damien and Edwige work with fresh, local produce wherever possible. Their neighbours include the Cupif family, who grow and sell their own fruit and vegetables, and Jeff, a fisherman from La Ciotat, who allows them to offer capons, sea breams, bearded bream and lobsters from the bay.
Their menu follows the seasons. It is renewed every two months with regularly changing suggestions. Their must-try dishes include fillet of beef with morel mushrooms and homemade mashed potatoes, and roast lobster, ravioli with herbs and sparkling broth, which cannot be taken off the menu.
Damien and Edwige also love wine, and have some lovely bottles from Provence and other regions of France.
