After taking 2 years to renovate their restaurant, Karine and Olivier have opened the doors of Arraditz, a Béarn culinary gem. Located on 2 rue Cachau in Lescar, once known as La Terrasse this restaurant remains a gastronomic treat that's also easy on the eye. Food wise, they have earned their stripes. Karine has worked alongside the great pastry chef Christophe Michalak and Olivier with the Ibarboure Brothers, under Stephan Carrade at the Ruffet Restaurant in Paris and in Australia before spending five years at L'Amphitryon in Colomiers, where he headed the kitchen for its chef, Yannick Delpech (2 Michelin stars).
