The ground floor offers a large open, bright living space with kitchen, dining room, living room, 2 bedrooms (1 bedroom with a 160cm bed and a bedroom with two 90cm beds). A mezzanine in the roof overlooks the living room and has 3 single beds.
On the ground floor, you can enjoy a large relaxation room with private gym (exercise bike, treadmill, elliptical bike, rowing machine, steps) and heated swimming pool. These facilities overlook a private enclosed garden and small paved courtyard.
