Discover this charming stone house, entirely renovated, on enclosed land, located a few minutes away from the lakes of the Forêt d'Orient.ground floor: living room with wood stove (wood offered), kitchen with dining area, a double bedroom (2 beds 90x200 cm + 1 baby bed), a shower room, a laundry room, wc. On the first floor: 3 double bedrooms (2 x 2 beds 90x200 cm, 1 x 1 bed 160x200 cm), a bathroom with toilet. Outside, you can enjoy a large courtyard in front of the house (not closed) and a fully enclosed garden at the back of the house. Geothermal heating is extra depending on consumption. Bed linen is provided and the beds will be made up on arrival. Animals are accepted on request, an additional deposit of 250€00 will be asked.
TOURIST ATTRACTIONS : Lakes of the Forêt d'Orient at 10 minutes, Troyes at 30 minutes, Nigloland at 20 minutes. You will be able to discover the Castle of Vaux as well as the tourist road of champagne.
