This beautiful white stone house from 1830, renovated with respect for the authenticity with natural materials, in the middle of a bucolic environment, invites you to relax in the heart of the Gers countryside, only 5km from the station of Gimont.
Its wooded park, its vegetable garden, its vineyard aligned in an orchard, sign its character. The gîte is independent and adjoining the owners.
It is equipped with a large living room (70m ²), including a kitchen, dining room and living room with a sofa bed for 2 people and a TV. A bedroom with a bed of 160, the bathroom and independent WC complete the ground floor.
On the first floor, 1 bedroom with a double bed and 1 bedroom with two single beds can accommodate 4 more people. A small mezzanine with a play area is also available for children.
During the beautiful days of spring, summer and early autumn you can also enjoy the terrace, its garden furniture (8p) and its barbecue.
An outdoor swimming pool, shared with the owners, a petanque court, a ping-pong table and board games will complete your leisure activities. And to stay connected with your family and friends, a WIFI internet connection is available.
The surroundings of Sainte Marie are very rich in hiking (GR65 Chemin de Saint Jacques at a few kms), nature activities (fishing or swimming in the leisure centres of St Cricq and Solomiac) and typical bastides (Mauvezin, Cologne, Sarrant...).
