Chef Arnaud Sanchez and the entire Le Moulin team welcome you to a traditional restaurant offering modern cuisine.
The Chef's creations are based on local produce, and he prefers to source his ingredients from local producers who have a passion for the "beau produit".
The menu is always based on seasonal produce, in keeping with what our region has to offer.
Open Wednesday to Sunday lunchtime and Wednesday to Saturday evenings. In July and August every lunchtime and evening (12pm-2pm and 7pm-9pm) except Tuesday.
