LE GRAND GITE DES PINS

ESCAL?VOSGES offers this comfortable gîte for seasonal rental, for a convivial stay with family or friends, in a calm, green setting on the shores of Lac de Bouzey in the heart of the Vosges mountains.

The gîte can accommodate 10 to 12 people and is located 13 km from Epinal.

The main rooms are on the first level: a fully-equipped kitchen opening onto a dining room with a table that can accommodate a dozen guests, three double bedrooms with hotel-quality bedding, two toilets, two bathrooms, one with a double shower and double washbasin, the other with a special baby area.
For babies, there are two folding cots, a high chair, a bathtub and a changing mat.
The dining room opens onto a 25 m² covered terrace equipped with garden furniture and a plancha. A second terrace features a spa covered by a pergola.
Children can play in the fully fenced playground, while boules players can enjoy a game of pétanque.
On the ground floor, adjoining a dormitory-style bedroom with 4 single beds, a games room with sofa bed, flat-screen TV, table soccer, darts, etc., a laundry area and a garage.
There is ample parking for several vehicles on the property.

The rental price includes bed linen, one shower sheet and one towel per person, as well as cleaning (spa maintenance, laundry, etc.).
A tourist tax of 1.10 ? per adult per night is payable on site.
