Now, let's turn our attention to your beverage, since you're in the most famous wine bar in the Trois Frontières region, with an extravagant choice of over 320 meticulously selected wines direct from the producers!

Whether you're a wine enthusiast or just a wine lover, you'll find THE grape variety to fill your chalice: white, red, grey, rosé, Burgundy, Bordeaux, Gewurztraminer, Merlot? not forgetting our excellent Moselle wine producers, of course!

And if wine isn't your thing, Bertrand and Gwen have got you covered! Fruit juice, beer, lemonade and even Coke are all local!

Your hosts make it a point of honor to serve you ONLY local products, and you'll quickly realize it when you discover the menu they've concocted for you.

Candlelit raclette, cheese fondue (only in winter), charcuterie platter, black pudding sandwiches, "plateau des copains": it's really good, it's tasty and hearty? and it's local! Cheeses, charcuterie, vegetables, salads, ice creams - everything is produced less than 20 km away, and for that alone, we applaud you!

As for the desserts, they're lovingly crafted by Bertrand himself, and chhhh...ut, just between us: he even won 1st prize for the best cheese tart at the Neunkirchen patronal festival, no less!
