Gite fitted out in a Lauragais farm with garden and swimming pool. Close to the Canal du Midi (Vivier lock), starting point of many walks and bike rides. The Gite is located 3 km from St Martin Lalande and 4 km from Castelnaudary. All shops nearby. You will taste the local cuisine: the famous Cassoulet of Castelnaudary. Many local producers (vegetables and fruits according to season, poultry). The lakes of the Montagne Noire (St Ferréol, Lampy, Cammazes) are 30 minutes away and will offer you pleasant walks and swimming. Halfway between Carcassonne and Toulouse, between the Pyrenees and the Montagne Noire. The beaches of the Mediterranean are 1h15 away. Numerous historical sites to visit: Benedictine Abbey of Saint Papoul, Revel, Soréze, Castles of Lastours, Cathar sites? Gite includes: a large living room with kitchen (fully equipped), opening onto the terrace with garden furniture and barbecue.
