The association Les Sheds, located in a rehabilitated industrial wasteland, runs an innovative multi-service area with a café-theatre-restaurant, a grocery store, a farmers' market, an educational vegetable garden and numerous cultural and environmental awareness activities. A heritage preservation project that looks to the future and wants to show that it is possible to work 100% with products from organic farming and mostly from local producers.
