La Cantine is the restaurant area of the organic shop L'Eau Vive in Bidart.
The two chefs, Marylène and Nicolas, draw their inspiration from their Asian and Italian origins and cook seasonal products from the shelves of L'Eau Vive and local producers
The menu changes every day, and everything is organic
The place offers many pluses: a continuous service that allows you to have lunch of course, but also breakfast, sandwiches, or even a coffee break. It offers a catering service for up to 30 people and also an event service in partnership with Jardins et Saveurs. You can take advantage of the large dining room to consume the products purchased in the store.
