Le Bistrot Gourmand, just a stone's throw from the Basilique St Maurice, in the heart of Épinal's historic center, welcomes you to the former outbuildings of the Chanoinesses. A well-known Spinalienne restaurant, the Bistrot Gourmand offers gourmet cuisine featuring local produce, prepared with a modern touch. Master restaurateur since 2008.
An air-conditioned dining room on the first floor, and a 40-cover dining room on the 1st floor. Quiet summer terrace.
Annual closing: Christmas, spring and autumn vacations (variable dates)
Closed Sunday evenings, all day Monday, Wednesday evenings
