De Bistrot Gourmand, op een steenworp afstand van de Basilique St Maurice, in het hart van het historische centrum van Épinal, heet u welkom in de voormalige bijgebouwen van de Chanoinesses. Bistrot Gourmand, een bekend restaurant in Spinalienne, biedt een gastronomische keuken met lokale producten, bereid met een modern tintje. Meester-restaurateur sinds 2008.
Een eetzaal met airconditioning op de begane grond en een eetzaal met 40 couverts op de 1e verdieping. Heerlijk rustig terras in de zomer.
