Situated below the first winegrower?s house, the small house on the other side of the road is a former kiln room that has been converted into a dwelling. Note the well in the garden, which indicates the presence of a marl level from which springs can emerge, such as the vaulted one seen in the garden of n°25bis at the entrance to the next alley, at the same level as the source of the communal washhouse further on.
