In the countryside in a very quiet environment but only 10 mn from Vic-Fezensac, new house of 80 m2 built under a Gascon barn. Can accommodate 4 to 6 people.

Very bright living room. The kitchen/dining room is equipped (fridge/freezer, hob, oven, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, dishwasher), table for 6 people.
Living room area with a sofa bed and comfortable armchairs for a drink around a coffee table or to watch programmes on the TNT television.
Bathroom with large Italian shower, towel dryer and washing machine.
2 bedrooms: the first one has a bed 160x200cm, the other one 2 beds 90x180cm.
The corridor which leads to the bedrooms and the bathroom is equipped with large storage cupboards (shelves and wardrobes with hangers).
Crockery, sheets, blankets, towels and tea towels are provided as well as the first breakfast of the stay.

A small terrace with a coffee table and garden chairs overlooking the Pyrenees and the large garden. A folding table allows you to have lunch or dinner outside when the weather permits.
The gîte is strictly non-smoking. A fee may be charged for deodorizing if this rule is not respected.
A deposit of 30% is required at the time of booking.
Tourist tax calculated on the official website.
15 euros for cleaning at the end of your stay.
