Stéphanie Callewaert invites you to discover her establishment (self-guided tour gallery and production video), the making of artisanal Chaource AOP cheese, and the hand-ladled molded fromage blanc. They will also introduce you to other specialties: Délice de Mussy, Véritable Mussy, Mussy Sec, Lys de Champagne-Ardenne, Musséen, and other cheese delicacies. Groups: The Mussy cheese dairy offers guided tours only for groups of 20 or more. Reservations can be made directly with the cheese dairy. Individuals: No guided tours, self-guided tours only. Please note: no production takes place on weekends. OPENING HOURS: Monday from 9am to 12:30pm, Tuesday to Saturday from 9am to 12:30pm and from 1:30pm to 6:30pm, Sunday from 9am to 12:30pm (from April to November 5th). Public holidays from 9am to 12:30pm (except December 25th and January 1st).
