It's a 100% Limousin fast-food restaurant featuring local artisans: bread (baked in a wood-fired oven), artisanal desserts (Le Fournil des Arènes) and Blason Prestige meat (Guy Salesse), Jean Burger assures us that it chooses the "best artisans" in the area.
