This 100m² house is ideally located: between the 3 major Aube lakes: Lac Amance, Lac du Temple and Lac d'Orient. Near the port of Dienville and the Parc Naturel Régional de la Forêt d'Orient.

First floor:
The living room with a large table for 8, a table for 4 and a wood-burning stove.
Living room with sofa bed, 90cm bed and TV.
Fully equipped kitchen.
Two toilets.

First floor:
Bedroom 1 with a 140cm bed + 1 90cm bed.
Bedroom 2 with a 140 cm bed + 2 90 cm beds.
Bedroom 3 with a 140 cm bed.
Bathroom with shower and washbasin.
You'll also find an 80 cm folding bed.

Outside:
The courtyard is enclosed with garden tables and chairs, barbecue and private parking, and you can enjoy the private above-ground swimming pool in July and August.

Bed linen and towels are not provided, but comforters and pillows are.
