Duck breeders for 3 generations in the heart of the Basque Country, we are proud to offer the best quality of life to our animals and thus guarantee a production of high quality taste.
Our products, such as foies gras and confits, are all made the old-fashioned way, respecting traditional recipes, so that you can enjoy the unique taste of home-made products with every bite.
Our ducks are fed in the purest local tradition, on corn (GMO-free) and grass from our meadows.
We provide them with the comfortable, peaceful environment they need to thrive, and our practices that respect both the animal and the environment have earned our farm the "Label Rouge" label.
