Allevatori di anatre da 3 generazioni nel cuore dei Paesi Baschi, siamo orgogliosi di offrire la migliore qualità di vita ai nostri animali, garantendo così una produzione di alta qualità gustativa.
I nostri prodotti, come il foies gras e i confits, sono tutti realizzati alla vecchia maniera, con ricette tradizionali, per farvi assaporare a ogni boccone il sapore unico dei prodotti fatti in casa.
Le nostre anatre sono alimentate secondo la più pura tradizione locale, con mais (privo di OGM) ed erba dei nostri prati.
Forniamo loro l'ambiente confortevole e tranquillo di cui hanno bisogno per crescere e le nostre pratiche, che rispettano sia l'animale che l'ambiente, hanno fatto guadagnare alla nostra fattoria il marchio "Label Rouge".
