L'Ecole de Rouffiat

Former school in Rouffiat in the heart of Corrèze. The former school in Rouffiat, a small village between Corrèze and Sarran, is a large building that was renovated in 2018. The playground has been replaced by a large kitchen overlooked by a mezzanine. The classroom is now our dining room. On the ground floor: a large living/dining room, a fitted and equipped kitchen with a mezzanine, a bathroom with WC and shower. On the first floor: 4 bedrooms with 3 double beds (or 2 single beds) and one with a queen-size bed, a bathroom with WC and shower. On the second floor: a very large ‘dormitory’ bedroom with five 90 cm beds and one 140 cm bed, and a bathroom with WC and bath. A magnificent 2,500 m² garden surrounds the house. There is a walled vegetable garden where you can harvest seasonal vegetables. Garage and parking on the property.
