After this introduction to fishing on foot, I'll share my tips for preserving shellfish and cooking them with my favorite recipes (as this is an introduction to fishing, the volume of shellfish will be small).
TASTING BRETON CULINARY SPECIALTIES
We'll be tasting a range of Breton specialities, some of them local, some of them original. Products can be homemade or sourced from carefully selected local producers.

Depending on the weather, bring a cap and sun cream or a raincoat! Closed shoes that don't fear seawater, or boots.
