Tapas bar and cocktails.
Very close to Les Halles, the Biarritz Market place. Here no Spanish tapas with a slice of bread and ham on it, but a short menu designed by Jérôme Ospital which evolves regularly.
Everything is done so that you have a great time, whether for an aperitif or for the meal. In a decor mixing Art Deco, vintage and modernity, you can enjoy tapas or raciones, made with ultra-fresh and seasonal products, such as salmon gravlax with beet lollipop or beef tartare / oyster, roasted sesame.
On the sweet side, the light mousse with two chocolates or the coconut puff pastry, pistachio mousseline cream, honey infused with rosemary, smoked with rosemary are waiting for you. The chef intends to please everyone and thus suggests that you cook the food as you like.
