Tapas and cocktail bar.
Close to the Halles de Biarritz. No Spanish-style tapas with a slice of bread and ham on top, but a short menu designed by Jérôme Ospital that changes regularly.
Everything is done to ensure that you have an excellent time, whether for an aperitif or a meal. In a décor that mixes Art Deco, vintage and modernity, you can enjoy tapas or raciones, made with ultra-fresh and seasonal products, such as the salmon gravlax with beetroot in the shape of a lollipop or the beef/oyster tartar with roasted sesame.
On the sweet side, the light mousse with two chocolates or the coconut puff pastry, pistachio mousseline cream, rosemary-infused honey, smoked with rosemary, are waiting for you. The chef wants to please everyone and suggests that you cook the food the way you like it.
