The Marot house is an exceptionally well-preserved example of an early 18th-century farmhouse that has come down to us without major upheaval. It is also a living testimony to the way of life of the inhabitants of Haut Ségala over the almost 3 centuries since its construction, thanks to all the objects that have accumulated and been preserved. In 2019, this old farmhouse, donated to the Visages de Ségala association by 25 heirs, has been awarded the Mission Bern prize managed by the Fondation du Patrimoine, for its restoration-conservation project, with the ambition of making it a place of memory and exchange on local culture (reservation 24 hours in advance)
