In the heart of the lakes and forest, 2 km from the lake and Port Dienville, 35 km from Troyes and its factory outlets, the Gîte du Cray is an old farmhouse where it will be a pleasure to gather with family, friends or bikers. First floor: living room with dining area, sitting area with fireplace (wood available), spacious kitchen opening onto laundry room (additional fridge), shower room, separate WC and double bedroom (bed 160x200). 1st floor: triple bedroom (3 beds 90x200), 3-person bedroom (1 bed 90x200 + 1 bed 160x200), double bedroom (bed 160x200), shower room with large shower cubicle, separate WC. You'll also have access to the barn (secure), where you can store your vehicles (cars, motorcycles, jet-skis), shoot a few baskets or enjoy a family meal. Outside, there's a courtyard and an unfenced gravelled plot. Heating + electricity = 8?/day (only when heating is required).
