Les Halles de Bacalan

Since 2015, the Basque company BILTOKI (the place that brings people together) has been rehabilitating the concept of the halls of yesteryear by giving it a serious facelift. After Anglet, Dax and Mont-de-Marsan, it is now Bordeaux's turn to welcome its gourmet market.

Biltoki has thought up a multiple and complementary offer. In total, the covered market will host 23 artisan producers*: two butchers, two fishmongers, a scale, a group of producers, a poultry farmer, a cheese maker, a wine merchant, a truffle grower, a foie gras specialist, two greengrocers, an Italian, a Spanish and a vegetarian delicatessen, an aperitif house, a baker, a pastry chef... a restaurant and a café. Together and under the impetus of a Capitaine des Halles, they will create synergies, links and animate the halles throughout the year (more than 100 events programmed throughout the year).
