In the building of the old boys' school (on the right, turning your back on the church), is the new room in which Jean-Paul Hacquard, former principal of the Fraize school, has reconstructed a classroom with its furniture as it was "in the old days", as it could have been until the 1940s to 1960s.
The furniture presented was recovered here and there, notably in the old school in the hamlet of Scarupt. The Association has financed the restoration of the premises.
Jean-Paul Hacquard organizes visits and activities for young and old. A moving moment for the old ones, surprising for the little ones, who will experience the desks, inkwells and sergeant major pens... Under the guidance of the master in grey coat, the children become aware of another era.
