Situated 15 minutes from Troyes, this independent house with enclosed grounds can accommodate 7 to 8 people for business or leisure. On the ground floor, the cottage has a fully equipped kitchen, a living room (sofa bed available on request) with carefully lounge and dining area, a bathroom and toilet. Upstairs: two double bedrooms (beds 140x190) and one triple bedroom (bed 140x190 + trundle bed 90x190 which can be transformed into a bed 180x190), bathroom (bathtub + WC). A basement will allow you to bring in your vehicles (car, motorbikes...), you will also benefit from a large closed ground and a spacious terrace with garden furniture (plancha, parasol, deckchairs, garden furniture). Air conditioning, heating and electricity included within reasonable limits (meter reading arrival / departure). Beds made on arrival and household linen provided (tea towels, tablecloths). TOURISTIC ATTRACTIONS: Troyes, medieval town and its factory shops 15 minutes away, Nogent sur Seine 30 minutes away.
