The aim of this profession is to preserve the artistic traces of the past and pass on works of art to future generations.
Paintings undergo multiple alterations, and the intervention of a restorer is then necessary to restore their aesthetic integrity. Delphine Dollez graduated from the Ecole de Condé de Paris with a Master's degree in Heritage Conservation and Restoration, specializing in easel painting in 2011, and was a regional winner of the Ateliers d'Art de France 2019 competition in the "Heritage" category. Delphine Dollez works on canvas as well as paint layers, and on all types of paintings, both old and contemporary.
