I dipinti sono soggetti a molteplici alterazioni e l'intervento di un restauratore è necessario per ripristinare la loro integrità estetica. Delphine Dollez si è laureata all'Ecole de Condé di Parigi nel 2011 con un Master in Conservazione e Restauro del Patrimonio, specializzandosi in pittura da cavalletto, ed è stata vincitrice regionale del concorso Ateliers d'Art de France 2019 nella categoria "Patrimonio". Delphine Dollez lavora sia su tela che su strati pittorici e su tutti i tipi di pittura, sia antica che contemporanea.
