In the peace and quiet and with a very pleasant view of the Gers countryside and the Pyrenees, you will stay in this charming gîte which has been completely renovated by the owners who live next door. You will appreciate the comfort of each room with its own private bathroom and toilet, as well as the fact that all charges are included. You will be warmly welcomed by Clare for a minimum stay of 3 nights. Cleaning at the end of your stay is optional. New in August 2020, a beautiful above ground wooden swimming pool, 5.63x3.52 height 1.24 secured by an alarm and removable ladder. On the ground floor you will find a fully equipped kitchen with a dining area, a living room accessible by a step with a wood stove, a sofa and a television. From the kitchen you have access to the storeroom, to an independent toilet, go up 2 steps, a first bedroom is at your disposal with a bed in 160, dressing area and private shower room / toilet to the room. Upstairs is a bedroom with a 180cm bed, a dressing area with a cot and a private bathroom/wc. On the other side of the landing, the third and last bedroom with two 90cm beds, private shower room/wc. Outside there is a terrace dedicated to the gite with garden furniture and a green space reserved for the gite on the south side.
