A "Lodge" hut perched on the lakeside, in the heart of a 25-hectare private property, halfway between Bergerac and Saint Emilion.
A very comfortable lodge fitted out for the best comfort for two.
A kitchen-living room area, opening onto the terrace and a bedroom and bathroom area, with a window open onto the nature. A layout that allows each space to be optimised, while preserving beautiful perspectives and an omnipresent view of the outside world.
A duckboard terrace sheltered by a beautiful pergola. A large hanging pontoon, and its bench on the water level which goes out to meet the ducks. A passageway which frames the hut at more than 3m high, to better admire the Nature...
